Life-Cycle Celebrancy
The Celebrant Foundation and Institute is a non-profit educational institution dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, and communities mark life’s milestones with personalized ceremonies. A life-cycle celebrant is a ceremony specialist professionally trained and certified in the art of ceremony, ritual, world and faith traditions, ceremonial writing, and public speaking and presentation.
The Brand
Barbara’s brand was developed for her personal life-cycle celebrant business, with the goal of creating an aesthetic that was positive, uplifting, and calm. An illustrated feather was used for her logo, featuring of a range of blues repeated throughout the deliverables. I created a set of icons for Barbara representing her services (end of life ceremonies, pet memorials, and baby welcomings), which are showcased across printed materials and the website. The overall visuals are kept soft, yet vibrant, through the use of strong blues and colorful photography.
